They contain no calories.  They also contain sugar and corn syrup that is going to spike your blood sugar and will make you feel hungry sooner. And it will leads to depleting your energy. The good alternative of pastries is 100% whole wheat flour pastry item that contain many carbohydrates. The second is cereal. It has the same problem with pastries which is made from very highly refined wheat which has empty calorie that comes from something that has no nutrition. You can change it to oatmeal or rice flakes.

The third is egg white.  A lot of people avoid egg yolk, because of the fat content and the cholesterol. You should eat the whole egg because the yolk has many nutrients. If you just eat the white you will be less able to digest that egg. You also miss the nutrients. It has many proteins and also a great option for breakfast. The fourth is fake butter and margarine. This hydrogenated butter has trans fats and some other chemicals as the effect of the process. The alternative to it is eat the real butter. It has a lot of good fat and also coconut oil is really good option.

The fifth is soy protein smoothies. Soy is hard to digest by body and it causes mood disorder. Good alternative of soy protein is whey protein. And the last is coffee. It’s really bad breakfast. It is really important to have some good breakfast in the morning. The alternative is eating fruit, peanut butter or almond butter or even drinking tea.
