In your life, there are foods or beverages which you don’t know whether it’s good or bad. Well this time you will notice about that problem.

The first food you should avoid is margarine and canola oil. Those are highly processed and hydrogenated oil which is banned in Europe. So, go to actual butter and coconut oil which is healthier. The next is processed meat. You should avoid this kind of meat because it has been loaded down with chemicals and meat glue that will make it seems like natural meat. As the alternative, buy some actual meat and cook it yourself.

The next is about beverages you should also avoid. It’s coffee and soda. The caffeine and high fructose syrup of those liquid make you feel bad. Your body doesn’t need those. The only liquid your body needs is water. Instead of coffee or soda, you can drink fruit juice. However, you should make sure that there is no addition of sugar and chemical stuff. The fourth food you should avoid is white bread. It is empty of carbs and it makes you feel hungry. So substitute it with whole grain, quinoa and brown rice. The fifth is cereal. It is also made from white refined flour and contains of sugar and high fructose corn syrup. The alternative of it is swiping to brown rice and quinoa. It will make you happier and healthier.

The sixth is about pre-package microwave meals. It is so convenient but it is precooked, you’ll lose more nutrient density. And of course, eat something which has no nutrient will never fill you up and it’s not gonna make you feel good. So, you better make your own pre-package meal. The last is avoiding chewing gum and sweets. Those sweet things contain so much sweetener and fructose corn syrup. It will make your body needs more time to eliminate sugar from your body. So eat the real fruit, you’ll get the same sweet taste from it. In addition, it will give you fiber, vitamin and mineral.
