The first recipe is spaghetti & meatball. The typical meatball serving size is about 3 oz, or 3 to 5 meatballs depending on the size of the actual meatball. You can cook spaghetti squash in microwave in 6 minute intervals. It is good instead of using regular noodle. Heat up marinara sauce while the squash is baked. After all cooked, serve immediately. You can save the recipe in airtight container for few days in the refrigerator. The second recipe is fish taco. this recipe is good for your health. It consists of 23 grams of protein. You can make it by cooking fresh or frozen cod or other white meat fish on the stove top. While the fish is being cooked, heat up organic corn tortillas in pan. When all finish, divide fish into tortillas & top with fresh cilantro, cabbage avocado and lime.
The third dinner recipe is salmon salad. You can make it by cooking fresh or frozen wild caught salmon on stove top. After the fish is cooked, place baby lettuce on plate and top with cooked salmon, carrots, tomato, pecans and dress with organic smoky tomato dressing. Salmon has advantages for you because it contains omega-3 fatty acids and high-quality protein which is good for your brain.
The last recipe is grilled veggies & protein. You can make it by grill your choice of protein. You can have turkey or beef, or if you are vegetarian, feel free to use tempeh or tofu. After the protein is grilled, top it with ¼ avocado and dress with liquid aminos, coconut aminos or soyaki dressing.
